Change of venue: our next show will be at Inman's Square's intimate Lily Pad on Sunday, July 12, from 2-5 pm.

We were going to play at the club Church near Fenway, but instead of asking you to fight the crowds on a Red Sox night, we're changed our venue, date and time to a family-friendly Sunday afternoon show, two full sets at 2 pm and 3:30.

The Lily Pad is barely bigger than your living room, and we use hardly any amplification there, so the sound is killer! Suggested donation will be $12.

And sadly, this will be alto saxophonist Godwin Louis' (second from right, above) last gig with us for the foreseeable future, as he is moving to New Orleans to attend the highly selective Monk Institute.

People have been asking: "Where are the music samples on your site?" The answer: try our Myspace page, or our MP3 store at Amazon.com, where they have samples of almost every track from every album.

Decent price right now on our Ethiopiques 20: Live in Addis double CD, at Allegro Music: only $15.97

Tour forming: Europe for January 2010

This tour will feature two of our beloved Ethiopian collaborators. For more info email us.
